Welcome to the sacred paintbrush!
Healing is inherently creative, and creativity is inherently healing.
My name is Amy, and I'm building a movement of people committed to healing themselves creatively.
That includes seeking out creative ways of healing pain and trauma, reconnecting with our inherently intuitive selves and empowering our lives, as well as healing creative blocks and finding freedom around our individual creative expression.
Whatever that looks like to each of us.
As human beings, we are naturally self-healing creations of art. There is no such thing as a non-creative person. If you're alive, you're creative.
If insecurity, trauma, burnout or self-doubt is affecting your ability to live the life you want, join the movement for creative healing!
There is room for you here, exactly as you are.
Come join me!
Ways to Join the Movement

This is Not an Art Class!
Join our community of inspiring people committed to their personal growth and creative healing. You do not need to identify as an artist to join and experience the transformational healing that happens in this process.

The life of your dreams is waiting for you!
If you are feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, grief-ridden, paralyzed by self-doubt or just creatively stagnant, discover how intuitive painting can support you in breaking free with one-on-one painting sessions.

Donate to support the mental-health and self-care of Black women in this community.
Apply to receive a full or partial scholarship
Donations are graciously accepted from the belief that everyone has an inherent capacity for generosity, and that together we can build and co-create this movement for radical self-care.

You are Powerful. You are Sacred. Adorn your life accordingly.

Testimonials
Acknowledgement: Though Amy has received her certification as a Master Facilitator of Intuitive Painting from Creative Juices Arts where the work and processes used are healing and cathartic, and she has 15+ years of experience mentoring and sponsoring women in recovery from addiction and other self-destructive behaviors, all classes and services offered are not therapy and Amy is not a licensed therapist or clinician.
Land Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge the Confederated Villages of Lisjan Nation who are still here and were forcibly removed from their homes and ancestral lands. While I have ancestors who did not come to this land voluntarily, I acknowledge that I still benefit from the colonization of the land of the Chochenyo Muwekma Ohlone people where I currently reside. I pay my shuumi land tax to the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust.
I give gratitude and acknowledgment to this native land of serpentinite, benitoite, jade, agate, jasper, moonstone, amethyst, epidote, gold, turquoise and rhodonite, vital stop along the migratory route of blue, grey and humpback whales.
