We bring a combined 40 years as facilitators, spiritual teachers, and healers to our work together. Together we developed our Somatic Liberation Practice Space that combines a somatic liberation framework (think rest as resistance, radical permission, radical aliveness) with a powerful opportunity to practice new ways of thinking and being in a low-stakes environment. This allows participants to build confidence and capacity with new liberatory tools that can feel too scary to try for the first time in high-stakes environments, such as at work or with loved ones.
